Returns

Thanks for shopping at LED WORKS PHILIPPINES. We appreciate the fact that you like our products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions here at LED WORKS PHILIPPINES. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at LED WORKS PHILIPPINES, you agree to the terms set forth below along with LED WORKS PHILIPPINES’ Privacy Policy.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items MUST be in new condition (including the original packaging, paperwork, hardware, and instructions), unused (test fitting counts as used), and in the same condition that you received it.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales.ledworksphilippines@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Remember that the product MUST be in new condition (including the original packaging, paperwork, hardware, and instructions), unused (test fitting counts as used), and in the same condition that you received it. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase to process your return then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer must pay for the return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Returned items without any return authorization number will not be processed and we shall not be held responsible for lost returned products.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. On all approved returns, you will receive a full refund, minus our initial cost to ship the order and the restocking fee.

Since the shipping fees go directly to the delivery service, we are forced to deduct this from the refund even if you ordered the item with free shipping. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.

Returned items deemed invalid, will not be eligible for a refund and will instead be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below for the warranty claim. Check warranty policy.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all approved returns. As an alternative, you may opt to request an exchange of items to avoid the restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After that, we reserve the right to decline any request to return or make an exchange. If you need to exchange an item you purchased for whatever reason, feel free to contact us for an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and the ship back address.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item MUST be in new condition (including the original packaging, paperwork, hardware, and instructions), unused (test fitting counts as used), and in the same condition that you received it. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase to process your request for an exchange. Otherwise, upon receiving the item and after inspection, we may decline your request for an exchange. Shipping costs shall be paid by the buyer both to and from.

The original item must be returned to us before the new items are shipped. If an item of lesser value is chosen for the exchange, there will be no refund for the price difference.
