Domestic Shipping
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates that start from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Please note that delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales.ledworksphilippines@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
DAMAGES / LOST PARCEL
LED WORKS PHILIPINES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over 2,000 PHP within 5KM. For orders under 2,000 PHP, we charge you the exact booking fee from the local delivery services.
Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday-Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when the order is on the way.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our office located at 1st Autogas Compound, R. Duterte St., Banawa, Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently don’t ship outside the Philippines.
